Washington Parish Fair College Fair

Pine High School is looking forward to having all Washington Parish juniors and seniors on our campus for the College and Career Fair on Tuesday, October 13th! We, along with the other principals and counselors from across the parish, would like to invite you to attend this special event.

We will begin promptly at 8:00 A.M. You will set up in the gymnasium. You will be directed where to park after you pull up to the gym. After a short welcome, anthem, and invocation, the students will spend the remainder of their time browsing through the various booths to obtain information about colleges, universities, technical colleges, and military services, as well as local businesses and institutions.

Vendors, we ask that you be here at 7:30 am to set up your table. We will supply tables, chairs, etc. A hospitality table will be set up on the stage for our presenters. You should prepare for approximately 320 Seniors & 330 Juniors.

We will adhere to the following schedule in order to accommodate all juniors and seniors from the parish schools. During each of the four sessions, students will browse the presenters’ tables for 40 minutes. We ask that schools arrive before their browsing session with adequate time to park and unload the bus

FHS group 1 9:05-9:45

FHS group 2 9:55-10:35

MHS/VHS 10:45-11:25
